HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY CAN`T CANCEL MY PRODUCT??

I have cancelled my product BEFORE the lock down started due to moving to a other place and now i am receiving messages of non payment and my account will be listed with the credit Bureau ?? Horrible service have emailed them plenty times no response ? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
