Horrible customer service and false advertising

Horrible customer service ...you hold for over 45 minutes everytime you call, I just want my refund don't want your internet anymore I've been waiting for over 3 weeks just for fibre installation after i have paid in full, no communication and when you call their agents send you from pillar to post...the live chat is just a lie you just speaking to a clueless robot....I wouldn't recommend anyone to use mweb
