Horrible customer service

One star is even too much. Tried calling today the 9th of April at 12:50pm as our internet was snot working. First of all technical support kept cutting out so they never took your call. Eventually called sales to see if they could perhaps assist. Rudest lady I have ever met. Kept trying to push me to sales support cos they close at 1pm. Eventually after she really annoyed me I asked for her name and she put the phone down. Seeing as they record the call as they mentioned I would love mweb to call me and tell me who I spoke to that is supposed to represent the company. Seems they would hire any *********** people these days. Worst it's not even tech support this lady has to bring on new business. If this is the caliber people they hire Mweb will not exist for much longer
