Horrible Customer Service

I have been experiencing insane amounts of packet loss and upload latency for almost three weeks now. I have reported these issues on their site as well as over the phone and they have still not sent anyone to resolve. The issues continue to worsen and make my day-to-day unbearable as they have an impact on both work and after hours. To make matters worse, they are slow to respond and provide zero updates. Honestly starting to think it would be quicker to switch to another service provider.
