Horrible Customer Service
I have logged numerous calls about a line fault, but Mweb doesn't seem to give a ****! My internet is down at the moment, and when it's up, it drops and is slow. I can't wait for one of the new service providers to role out in our street! Mweb, your service is bad!

The Telkom line fault is currently in a provisional closure state and the line is syncing at 4Mbps.
