Horrible customer experience

Mweb has the worst customer service ever. I called their billing line from 7pm only to get an agent at 7:30 who then hung up on me. Called again to have another agent hang up at 7:50. Called again to find the AVR advising the closed operating hours at 7:53. All I want is reactivation of an account I paid on the 26th, every month I need to go through the same ****py service ,only to be assisted after you have spent hours on end on the phone for a service you have paid for, in time .
