Horrible connection experience
I have never came across such an incompetence before, my connection has been down for the whole weekend, I tried to contact the call centre and the working hours are Monday to Friday oh wow Then what happens to customers that need help over the weekend? I fail to understand why is the tech team not on standby for such issues, I need my connection back otherwise should this not be sorted, I am taking my business elsewhere where they understand what customer service is..this is horrible

24 Apr 2023, 08:37I cannot seem to get through to your call center, next thing I am holding and the next thing the line cuts which is rather pathetic service!!!! The hold time is insane, how does one pay for such services ??
