Horrible and ********** service

I have logged 2 queries already and my problem still persist. They were all closed but I had not been in contact with anyone from Mweb. This connection problem is infuriating to say the least. For R859 a month the service I have been receiving since registering with mweb has been horrible and catastrophic. A modern day *****. I am sitting here at home and can't calm myself of this ill treatment and disservice mweb is giving me.

Not even one call have I received for them for the past 3 months and all my queries are closed, and it is mentioned that I have been in contact with an mweb agent. Lies!!!
