Most terrible service received from MWeb. Ordered LTE package which promised to be plug and play. Received package late after the couriers never received the package. They when they finally did deliver the package is not activated. It was sold on the premise of being active and ready to use once delivered. No one in the call Centre can assist with activation. No one interested in helping 36 hours later still awaiting feedback from the sale consultant who promised to revert.

Would not recommend this service at all. I am ready to cancel my package and it’s not even up and running yet!
