Tried calling mweb to upgrade my account I had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to answer!! Then when eventually someone picks up they are useless!! Second time I called yo upgrade I waited once again for over 15 minutes then when they pick up the call drops! Best part I was calling from a landline! They had my details but never called back! Looks I am going to need to use another service provider! This is horrible service!!
