I upgraded from the 40gig special to the 70 gig special. To upgrade I had to wait 45 minutes to get through to the sales team. The calls are not free as they make money from the calls to them too. After another 20 minutes I was informed I have been upgrades and it would be effective from the 1st of October 2019. Today the first of October nothing has happened. After a call of 65 minutes. I then called again to follow up after another 40 minute wait to get through to a consultant I hanged up as these calls are not free and I'll never get back what I lost. I am running a business and I am dependent on the internet hence my need for more data.

I would not refer MWEB to anyone.
