Hopeless service

he most hopeless service ever. I was taken from pillar to post about the activation of my account for more than 20 minutes and ended up with a lady who did not identify herself. Also after speaking to her she said she will put me to cancellation of service that mweb never rendered. She said she will charge a cancellation fee as well, come to imagine when there was no service rendered. Date 19th January 2021 Time 14H00.
