HOPELESS MWEB SERVICE
I put in fibre via open serve and included a VOIP . Subsequently my telephone has been cut off countless times. Contacting mweb is impossible, having to put my id in countless times and holding on for agents. Despite numerous promises the setup still (up to now) doesn't work. I can recommend to anyone NOT TO USE MWEB. THE SERVICE IS WORSE THAN HOPELESS.
