Highway ******* from the masters

Ordered internet product in April. Still no service no way to contact them (phone message goes 'not coping with all the calls" or something like that. Was told my service would be up and running within 10 days. It has been approx 70 days ago- I still don't have service or router delivered and installed. Openserve who owns the fibre called me last week to make an appointment to install. I have tried very hard to phone them R100 a time waiting for call to be answered, stopped payment of the debit order with my bank to no avail. THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME AND SAY I AM IN ARREARS . I did finally get through to mweb who said they would escalate the matter. Still haven't heard from them.
