Highly DISAPPOINTED MWEB CUSTOMER!!

I'm not one to complain however, I'm highly disappointed with the level of service I have received from Mweb, after a solid 2 year relationship. Post my renewal with them they been extremely poor with my moving request. This is an inconvenience to me , as this has a negative impact on me and my wife's work and is a total waste of money!
