High ping + Packetloss for over 2 weeks now

Ive been a loyal customer for over 10 years. through the ups and downs. but for the past 2 weeks Ive had bad packetloss and high ping. After numerous phonecalls and queries i have received 0 help and 0 explanation. on the verge of swapping Isps. Its disappointing to see such bad service.
