Hi, I am writing to you due to my personal experience with Mweb service. I have a fiber contract with them on a monthly basis the connection is only available for only 2 weeks. What is more frustrating is that after a several calls made to them and online login to report faults- nothing ever gets solved. They fail to even make follow ups-I am at the point whereby I wish to cancel the contract as it affects my work since I am working remotely.
