help please and stay away from MWEB openserve web connect

on the 31 march 2025 lady by name ALINA MANGOJANE from Mweb called me to sign me on homefiber now the email she send me no longer see anything only email address at R369,i called ccd couriers they know nothing about the delivery of router as she said i have to pay for it. then openseve installed line on the 13 april 2025, come 25 april they tried to debit my bank but no funds, they generated statement with amount we never agreed with, problem started, tried may times to contact then numbers not going through,even emails she's no longer answer my email nothing, tried with different number then it go through but only for new customers only then she drops on the app no way to cancel nothing, so beware ive stopped it from bank now mweb sending me bill R868, openenserve please check who you give as isp, now im trying to do with another isp but is blocking way. my number *** just want to cancel order
