HELL NO TO MWEB

Mweb is an old company and i would have ecpected efficient service from them but only thing i got was frustration. They dont care about the customer at all.

I app**** for vodacom fibre which is in my area and did everything on line. I never heard from them again after every 3 or 4 days a lady calls from mweb who tries to be helpfull but cant put me in contact with any body else.

I tried to get a mananger on the line but failed. I say dont do buisness with mweb. Save yourself the frustration and go straight to the service provider because clearly mweb doesnt need the buisness. I will be bad mouthing mweb from now until the day i die because they have no remorse in their mistakes and will never make up for it.
