Have to use cellphone as modem for PC !!!

I moved from one house to another in the same complex using the same Vuma fibre network. M-web worked for a few days then it just stopped. I contacted m-web support over this terrible line with a loud squeky sound in the background. They gave me another number to call the next day (as they said it was too late to at that point). I phoned the number the next day and it went back to the same support service as the previous! So I tried making a message request for help on the m-web site. After 2 days I got a reply saying I should notify them of the move and they said they forwarded the message on to the 'move' team. I also got given an e-mail to contact them. I waited over 2 days and got no reply so I e-mailed the 'move' support and asked for an update, received none in over a day! Now the major problem (which I emphasized to them in my text message) is that I have to work from home in 3 days as electricians and plumbers have to visit and I must connect to my office network! I now went and spent over R500 to get data bundle from MTN for my cellphone and I am now connecting my laptop to my cellphone to get access to the internet!!!! Unbelievable
