Have no MWEB account and MWEB Takes My Money

I have been with MWEB many years, and up till recent I was quite happy with their services.

It is just recent that I decided I wanted to move on to another company, so I wanted to cancel my contract.

PROBLEMS!: * Nowhere on their website is there a way to send an e-mail. Nor is an e-mail address supp****. * Even though they give 'phone numbers, if you phone them the phone dies after a short while. I have tried over and over many times to no avail. * Nowhere is there a place (bar one very hidden place) wher you can cancel your contract. * They provide addresses where their local offices are supposed to be, but when you go there the offices have closed and there is no trace of them * I eventually found the very hidden place where you can apparently cancel your contract. It is a radio button. I am no longer sure, but I think that is all that there was. So I clicked o the radio button, and that was the end of it. This was on 2018/01/22, The idea was that the contract would be terminated end February. * The contract was terminated end February because I no longer had access to MWEB. * End February 2018 MWEB deducted my subscription fees! * I tried contacting them, but had the same problems as before. They simply cannot be contacted! * For March I went to the bank to prevent MWEB from deducting my fees. I no longer have a contract with them, so no problem * Today (2018-04-05) I receive a message stating that they are handing me over to the Credit Buro's! Really! I have no contract with MWEB and now I am going to have a black mark against my name because they WANT and INSIST TO TAKE MY MONEY even though I have no contract with them.

Is there any way to contact them? And will they ensure that my name is cleared at the Credit Buros?

I see that they have links to Facebook and Twitter, etc. So I presume (unless they are as hidden as the other places) that they can be contacted through those avenues. BUT, I don't have a Facebook account, nor a Twitter account, and I am not interested in ahving one, and I am certainly not going to open any such account just to PROPERLY cancel my MWEB account which is in any case non-existent.

I am starting here at HelloPeter, and will take this further if necessary.

Reviewer Update
I received an email reply from WEB. apparently my bank reversed the February payment. My response back to MWEB: ATTENTION: Roshaan Tembo Ok. Thank you for this feedback. Deduction was made on 2018-02-28 as I had shown proof of payment sent MWEB late Friday 2018-04-06. I went to my bank a month later to ask them to ensure that MWEB will no longer deduct as from March 2018 as I no longer have a contract with MWEB. I was as a result not aware that the bank had also reversed the 2018-02-28 deduction – I mean this is a MONTH LATER! Why should my actions a MONTH LATER have an effect on a deduction of a MONTH EARLIER?? Anyway, I will make payment as requested. Please see attached Proof of Payment. Good business dictates that you WARN your client BEFORE you threaten them with lawyers AND/OR Credit Bureaus. I hope that the matter regarding the credit bureaus will NOT crop up, as I have NOT committed a misdemeanour! Also, • Speak to your site developers that they must make available contact methods from your website, such e-mail. NOT EVERYBODY has Facebook and/or twitter, etc. • Speak to your company that MWEB is NOT CONTACTABLE by telephone. As I stated on HelloPeter, I phoned a number of your advertised number, and after a while the number just goes dead. I tried many times.
