Harrassed by MWEB technician assigned for my neighbor

I was harrased by Mweb technician that came to install wifi (according to my neighbor) for my neighbor demanded that i open the the gste for them regardless of our complex rule.

Firstly, were not my visitors hence i was not even aware they were around. Ever since lockdown started im working from home, while i was in a meeting hear the noise downstairs people insulting my helper to the gate. I then intervene and told them we are allowed to open for other people visitors they need to talk to their host.

Thats all thing went wrong the driver continued with insults . I am very angry with the kind of behaviour and they kind services that provide they should have known that each every apartment have rules and they are assigned to do the job they do not have rights to harass or disturn neighbors.
