Happy Customer - Reliable service from MWEB

I have been an MWEB customer since around 2011 and have been happy with them since. From ADSL to FIBRE, they have kept my connection up time well above 99%. Their contracts are transparent and if there are any issues, they are quick to liaise with the infrastructure provider and sort it out.

Whilst their pricing structure leaves much to be desired(There are a lot of cheaper options) - I at least know what I'm paying for and am never left dissapointed.

From watching the "MWEB BlackBox" ads on MNET Open Time as a child, to becoming a fully fledged loyal customer, I vote MWEB for life. Keep up the good work guys!
