Hanging Up, Unacceptable

I received a callback from Mweb within 24hrs which was good. The number they called from is ***, and i spoke to a lady by the name of Zoey... I told her my issue, she gave me her response. Then i explain more in detail what my issue is and the urgency of the fibre connection, and she decided to hang up on me. This is unacceptable.
