Greedy and unreliable
Terrible experience. Fibre payment collection day is the first why are you charging me for failed collection for an entire 200 rand when you tried to collection mid month. You collect on random days of the month and charge me for late payment. Collection day is the first. My WiFi cost per month fluctuates wildly. I will pay on the first no later or sooner. ****my and greedy practice.

- That your fibre ONT and router are powered on and showing their normal indicator lights.
- That the fibre cable is securely connected to the ONT and router.
- Restarting the ONT first, waiting a few minutes, and then restarting the router.
- Checking whether the issue affects all connected devices or only one device.
- Connecting a device via Ethernet, where possible, to determine whether the issue is with Wi-Fi or the fibre connection itself.
