Great...At first, but continues to get worse.

When I first started using Mweb, my experience was nothing short of easy, simple and good. I had no complications with setup, they were super easy to work with and internet speed was great.

The past year there has been 2 price increases, which have been irritating to say the least. On top of that getting hold of Mweb has been nothing but a nightmare. I have attempted calling them numerous time to no avail. The queue to get your call answered is always ridiculous. I've had issues with speed consistently and have never had my call picked up not once to sort this issue out.

The minute you sign up, It's like they even forget you're a paying customer. They're great at taking peoples money but can't be bothered to manage peoples issues.
