Great service from MWEB on fibre installation!

It is not often that I come here to give positive ratings, and I have never given 5 stars, but this time they deserve it. Went on the Website to order fibre on Monday 12/10/2020. It said it could take up to 14 days for installation. Tuesday 13/10 it was approved. Installation folk called and asked if they could come on Thursday. By Thursday evening everything was installed, and I was told to phone MWEB on Friday to have it activated. First call, the lady told me to just follow the instruction on the website. Did so, and at the end, when I checked, it said that it was down. Phoned the help desk, very clever lady told me how to fix one of the settings, and voila, on Friday evening 16/10/2020, my fibre was up and running. And so far, so good. 5 days from start to finish. Impressed I am!
