Great service from Mweb

Hi Abdul, I just wanted to make mention of the great service received from Majdee and yourself. It was truly exceptional. I have been a loyal MWEB customer for a few years and having recently had fibre installed was having issues from inception. 2 of the previous individuals I spoke weren’t so helpful and the one guy actually raised his voice at me and that’s when I requested to be referred to you. you took the time to listen to my situation and offered a solution. As a leader you are setting the example[le in an exemplary manner. You then had Majdee call me in the evening and he has a professional and patient approach. His customer service is world class and the issue was resolved. Prior to our interaction I was considering cancelling the deal with MWEB, however both you and Majdee have reassured me that Mweb does care about its clients. I certainly appreciate the quick resolve and the exceptional service I received and I certainly hope this is recognised by your senior management. There is also another guy named Nathme who assisted me yesterday morning before Majdee’s shift. Another pleasant gentleman who certainly knows about customer service.Abdul thanks again for the great service and Majdee thank you for taking the time to do your best to assist me. I really appreciate your patience, calmness and professional attitude.

Another thing I must certainly mention is that Majdee keeps to hi word. If he says he will call you at given time he calls. If you are busy he calls back. I work in a customer service environment and know how important service delivery is. In a country where customer service is not always a priority, Majdee makes the extra effort o ensure he goes beyond the normal call of duty. He is truly an asset to Mweb.
