Great service from Abdul Otto

I have never in my life received such great service,

I spoke to Eugene in sales (whose service was just as wonderful) and was then put through to a lady in customer services and she had then transferred me to retentions (her help was also great)

Abdul went the extra mile to assist me with my query and to give me clarity on what I required, he did so with utmost patience and friendliness.

He is an absolute asset to your company and I think other companies can learn a lot from him.
