Great service from Abdul

I spoke to a guy this morning from MWEB, not sure if it is correct spelling, his name was abdul. What a conversation, he actually checked where he could help and apologized for the **** service that I have recieved from MWEB the past few weeks. I just want to say that is the type of person you should not lose because he is the reason I actually think I will give MWEB another go. Thanks so much Abdul for your help this morning and I really hope you get this because MWEB can be proud to have such a outstanding staff member.
