great service

We experienced a service outage and were without internet for about a week. The customer service, despite being unreachable for the amount of calls they had, scheduled us for a callback, called us, sent a technician, fixed the line that was causing the problem, and we were on again. I was SO impressed, especially compared to our previous service provider who was an ABSOLUTE nightmare. Well done Mweb!!!
