Great pro-active service

I was on an LTE-A Rain contract with moderate signal on a 12 month contract. When Mweb launched their Cell C LTE-A, the signal was showing much stronger in my area according to the coverage maps. After contacting Mweb on Facebook they listened to my query to potentially migrate from Rain to Cell C due to the signal. My details were forwarded to an agent, and I must say the agent was well prepared with options and gave me exactly what I needed without any hassle.
