Great company to join, pathetic to cancel

Great and easy company to join and use, just do not try and cancel your service, been 4 months, trying from time to time to cancel, but after holding on for no less than 45min, gave up, cancelled the Debit order, and keep on cancelling every month. NO e-mail address to cancel service, moved to Johannes from Durban in February 2019, STILL trying to cancel. Please MWEB, wake up, its 2020 not 1980.
