Great Attitude!
I am very impressed by the excellent service provided by MWebs Internet Consultant, Ms Simone Tobias. After a few telephonic conversations yesterday with the Call Centre, I decided to drive to MWebs offices and resolve my queries on two new Web Hosting accounts. The Call Centre provided incomplete and incorrect information. The matter was speedily resolved by Ms Josias who patiently went the extra mile to assist me. Thank you, MsJosias.
