Grateful!

I wrote review of my experience earlier this week but my fibre was installed and activated the same day today (Friday, a few days later.)

1. The Vuma subcontractors who came were super friendly. They called after work (a great relief as I cannot answer calls when working) and arranged a time. I was a bit late to arrive home for installation and they were already outside, very friendly and eager to work. 2. After installation I had to call Mweb a couple of times for activation. Both people who helped me were patient and friendly with activation finally being successful.

I desperately needed stable fibre for work and school and now I have it. Such a relief! Experience positively changed!
