GOVERNMENT STOP THEM PLEASE!!!!!

The government has to help here. Mweb has been charging me R2,409 every month for a service that was cancelled by them almost immediately I ordered fiber and paid via eft for it saying there is no coverage in my area. I try calling no answer, chat no response. I just read reviews now and blame myself for choosing them. Please this has to stop because I see it’s what they do from the reviews here.
