Goodbye Mweb

I would rather choose a -1 as a rating but it is not an option. Mweb has employed the most capable staff but unfortunately you usually have to wait at least 20 minutes to reach any of them.

Emails are never answered, the app is a pretty worthless in terms of getting help and even to cancel your service is an insane mission and time eater. I have spent the last 2 days and over 3 hours of my airtime to cancel our account.

Mweb you are letting your customers and your staff down. Staff have to deal with angry customers because you are failing to manage your company efficiently. Unfortunately I am another lost client, in case you cared.
