GOOD WORK MWEB

I don't usually congratulate a company for doing their job, but I recently had cause to contact Mweb due to my connectivity being intermittent with my LTE sim. I saw all the negative reviews and was expecting hypertension inducing communication.

I was pleasantly surprised. My call was answered within two minutes and the agent went above and beyond to help me. After trying numerous fixes, he finally got me my connectivity back. Total time? 15 minutes. Thank you Mweb. I will stay with you for as long as it takes.
