Good turn around

I would lik to pay compliments to 2 people at mweb for great service after a month of having bad internet <br> <br> When my internet went down i spoke to about 5 or 6 technicians at mweb and nobody took the initiative to log a service call with telkom nor did they notice that this customer is struggling with his ISP<br> <br> Only after logging a Hellopeter complaint, Ralph Pool took the time to help me and called me everyday to check the status of my internet, I hope he gets rewarded well in the future for his efforts and greats customer service<br> <br> Also to, Wayne Jalis for convincing me to stay at mweb and not move to Vox, he sold me a 4mb line with 75gb of data for R399 and conviced me to stay, thank you so much for the great deal<br> <br> With regards to the call centre staff, i suffered badly with very bad internet for a whole month if not more than that i still had to pay for, ive waisted alot of time and money on calls with no satisfaction coming from it, i was really red in the face, and after all that i stayed with Mweb!, <br> <br> Thanks so much i hope those 2 members gets rewarded well
