Good Service

My grandfather was have issues connecting to his wifi. We tried everything to get it working but couldn't.

I called Mweb to query if there was an issue with the box connection to wifi and I can't remember the consultant who assisted me but she was very helpful and explain the situation. It turns out the guy who installed gave us wrong password and glued the box to the wall and we couldn't get it off the wall.

She assist us with requesting the password for the router and was so really nice and helpful I can't remember her name.
