Good day My complaint is against Mweb, I had made 2 payments as a result of my debit order not being honored, I paid through the app as well as eft payments 2 days ago, cannot get through to any of the numbers and live chat wait at least 39 min and the service is pathetic getting different answers or no help at all, sending my proppf of payments they still cannot allocate it, they admit their systems are not working so they can't retrieve the payment in apndue to their systems being down, so what does one do. Can't go back to the live chat as it is just blank, sent emails in app with proof of payment as well no reply l. Managers don't respond so we just sitting ducks...
