Good afternoon I would like to write a review on how Mwebs services are so poor I need to get a refund but can’t get a hold of them I call them every day but to no avail and there’s this long process of them verifying if you’re the correct person and you hold the line forever until airtime gets depleted I would give them 0/10 very poor services and now I paid for my wifi via their Nedbank acc I was told that I shouldn’t have paid via the Nedbank account,I’m trying g to get a refund as I was advised by one of their agents but I can’t get a refund and now my services have been suspended but when I check my statement on the MWEB app it does show the payment I made on the 26th or 27th of March
