Go with any other ISP, learn from our mistake of choosing them

Go with any other ISP than MWEB, save yourself the hassle. I ordered a fibre installation just for an ONT on the 28th of May, literally nothing has been done since from their side since then. I've called everyday with the same excuse blaming the physical fibre provider. I will be switching to another ISP if this is not resolved soon.
