Give refunds if you cannot provide the basic services

Only giving 1 star because that is the lowest. Mweb take no accountability for any breakdowns in service and expect their customers to follow up with companies like Vumatel on their own. Surely I pay Mweb a fee so they manage this relationship and ensure that the service I am supposed to get I do actually get. If I do not get that service, I should get some form of refund. Over the past 6 months, excluding downtime due to loadshedding, I have experienced between 2 and 5 days a month, every month, of internet down time due to issues with Vumatel. In fact the issues happen so often that I am constantly locked out of Mweb saying I have exceeded the number of issues I am allowed to log monthly.
