Gino & Ghaleed Brilliant Customer service

I had a nightmare getting assistance from Mweb billing department as I did not agree with the arrears they said that I was in with my account, and not one single person in the billing department was willing or able to assist. I then phoned and spoke with Ghaleed and Gino who were absolute stars with the service I received from them and they went above and beyond to assist me.

Gino & Ghaleed, you are like unicorns, not very often that people experience customer service like the service that I have received from Gino & Ghaleed. The other billing staff could learn a thing or two from Gino & Ghaleed.
