Getting fibre activated

What a nightmare trying to switch to Mweb fibre from adsl.. at first very help full in getting it all started received my router with in 2 days and i was exited then 1 week 2 weeks 3 weeks go past then i received a phone call for installation great!.. after installation now almost 2 weeks gone past and still no internet my adsl line cancelled when i phoned MWEB the first time they said it would take 48 hours when i phoned them after 48 hours they said it would take 72 hours now when i phone them all they say is we will get back to you when i phone them back after not hearing from them they say we did not say when we will get back to you this is pathetic
