Getting ******

I have a 20 meg lte uncaped plan with mweb today i made a payment wish will clear on monday now all of a sudden i am throteled down to 2mb up and 2 mb down. What is makimg me more anhry is the fact that i am payung almost R740.00 a month for a data plan of 20 up and 20 down the the last 6 months i am very lucky if i get 5 mb up an 5 mb down. Moved the router arount like all over the house changed all the chanels mjltipul times but never get 20 up or 20 down so i am getting ****** evry month with **** wifi from mweb shame on you
