Get connected with mweb?? - really??

<p>I spoke with a gent this morning/afternoon and sorry neglected to take his name down, sat on the phone for almost 45 mins, and i was told that he or a technical support person will phone me back - I still have not recieved any call from anyone at mweb. and the issue is still not sorted out. After having the account for so long, and as a valued customer, i dont feel valued at all. In fact thinking of changing too another service provider....</p>
