In late June I contacted web fibre to purchase a pre paid token. I spend about R300 in calls with there useless consultants on the phone to get my pre paid token yesterday the 12 June 2020. Still not activated due to an error that says: Service/User mismatch. That I founded out myself whilst looking why it's not activated.
