Funds taken but no service provided

For the longest of times you have been trying to call me on times when I am at work. I initially did provide an alternative number you can call if you cannot get me on my phone, placed an order in the beginning of November 2023 and did not receive anything I made the payment that you initially required and have not received my money back sind you sent a message in January stating that you will not be installing the Wifi at my property.

You are never available to take calls and you call at the most awkward of times and disregard the emails sent to you to inform you what times we as the clients are available to take calls. There isn't even a chat support on the website for more convenient assistance. I wouldn't be surprised if this also falls on deaf ears.

This has been the worst experience ever and I'd never recommend MWeb to anyone else.
